This is the first theme I've ever seen that I can see myself using. Everything else is either not minimalist enough or it looks unprofessional. The only thing I don't like is how small the icons are in the taskbar compared to the size of the bar (either the bar is too big or the icons are too small).

those are called Variations (on Faenza) by GuillenDesign. some of them are Faenza for windows. you can find a collection of .ico's if you search deviantart
