there isn't anything wrong with them as far as functionality, they're simply under developed and very minimal. do with them as you please

I settled on this one (the newer one) for the sheer sleekness of it. Beautifully designed. I'm having a few problems with it, though. Really only ever used VLC Player today, so I know there's some things I probably don't know about troubleshooting. But with this skin, the forward button on the player doesn't seem to work and I had a couple of crashes adjusting settings. I also can't seem to switch to the default skin. When I enter preferences, none of the boxes will tick. Not sure if that's the skin doing that, or just an issue when running VLC/Under Developed on XP.

with the forward button issue, i believe it's function is to skip to the next item in a playlist, so the question is, do you have files queued? go to preferences, tick simple under show settings, choose interface from the side and select use native. does that work? the skin itself shouldn't be causing that so i'm at a loss o_O
