well this is optimized for size... if optimized for quality its basically perfect and still smaller in size than png. with an image this size i feel like most people just want a quick look, then moving on

jpeg's = much higher compression (albeit with artifacts). Generally speaking, there's only so far a png can be compressed, unlike jpegs. You say there is 'NEVER a reason to use jpegs'. Your broad use of 'never' seems to encompass everything, including the photography section.
wow. I don't mean this in a condescending manner, but do you know what we are talking about? I almost think you are not sure that there are many types of jpegs, many types of pngs, etc. I surely hope you know we are in the screenshots section.
